Ally’s Bazaar – Ordering and Returns

Ordering Online

Our servers will handle your online order securely and fully encrypted for your protection and peace of mind. Your personal information is never given out at any time. For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and payments made through PayPal. You will receive a conformation email when your order is shipped.

Shipping Times

Your order will be processed in 1-2 business days and will usually go out within 48 hours of ordering, if the item is in stock. You will be advised by our customer service department when an item you request is out of stock. You will be reimbursed immediately for any item that is out of stock.

Returns and Exchanges

If Ally’s Bazaar ever sends you the wrong ribbon or you discover that ribbon we send you is defective we will gladly replace it or reimburse you. We do not accept any returns of cut ribbon that has been ordered. If you need to return something or if you have any questions you can email us at info@allysbazaar.com

Shipping and Handling

Our orders are mainly shipped by USPS Priority Mail. For larger orders we ship UPS. Ally’s Bazaar has preset shipping, which varies by the size of the order.

International Shipping

Ally’s Bazaar will ship to any country. Once we ship an order we are not responsible for delays caused by customs. We will gladly give you information to determine a delivery time. We have no control of an order once it is shipped.

Sorry but shipping charges for returns cannot be refunded. However replacement of defective items will be shipped at no charge.
